Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide system administration, design, and optimization services in line with Managed Service contract engagement standards and SLAs.

✦   Educate, guide, and empower clients.

✦   Plan activities from requirements to solution design using project management tools.

✦   Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.

✦   Facilitate client need assessment through user story collection, grooming, and prioritization.

✦   Configure custom fields, objects, layouts, reports, dashboards, and automation.

✦   Support validation and user acceptance testing.

✦   Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and security.

✦   Provide documentation to empower client understanding.

✦   Facilitate selection and implementation of third-party solutions.

✦   Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.

✦   Lead data mapping efforts during solution design and implementation.

✦   Provide mentorship for junior consultants.

✦   Assist in preparing estimates for implementation.

✦   Stay up to date on Salesforce best practices and ecosystem trends.

✦   Advise and train clients on product enhancements and adoption opportunities.

Job Requirements:

✦   1-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant with hands-on Salesforce implementations.

✦   Current working knowledge of Salesforce for nonprofits.

✦   Ability to solve automation requirements with Flow.

✦   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✦   Ability to balance multiple project assignments.

✦   Creative and analytical thinking.

✦   Understanding of nonprofit business processes.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud, Agentforce Nonprofit, or Agentforce Specialist.

✦   Experience managing projects with technical and cross-functional components.
