Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree (BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA).
✦ 6 – 10 years of experience.
✦ Strong hands-on experience with Discovery Studio and Analytics Studio.
✦ Proven expertise in data management, including data preparation, transformation, and governance.
✦ Experience or certification in Business Intelligence (BI), ETL tools, CRM Analytics, and reporting platforms.
✦ Proficient in leveraging data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics), Power BI, Birst.
✦ Skilled in data preparation techniques, including data wrangling, manipulation, and ETL processes.
✦ Acts as a functional expert in CRM Analytics (CRMA) applications and capabilities.
✦ Strong understanding of Sales and Service Clouds.
✦ Advanced proficiency in SQL with ability to work on complex queries and multi-source data integration.
✦ Competency in SAQL and SOQL.
✦ Experience building and deploying Einstein Discovery stories.
✦ Hands-on experience administering, configuring, and securing CRM Analytics environments.
✦ Expertise in designing, building, and supporting CRM Analytics apps, datasets, dashboards, and lenses.
✦ Experience creating dataflows and data recipes for data transformation.
✦ Experience building dashboards, datasets, apps, and lenses from scratch.
✦ Experience implementing security predicates and filter bindings.
✦ Experience integrating data from multiple sources using CRM Analytics connections.
✦ Familiarity with Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI and other visualization tools.
✦ Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala.
✦ Experience with Big Data systems like Hadoop, Spark.
✦ Experience with Linux, Unix shell scripting, NoSQL, Machine Learning.
✦ Knowledge of Salesforce reports and dashboards, developer console, permissions and access control.
