Job Responsibilities:

✦   Performs initial triage of issues reported by system users.

✦   Performs manual testing of system changes.

✦   Performs regression testing.

✦   Assists in testing automation.

✦   Assists in system reports/integrations development in enhancement pipeline.

✦   Prepares functional/technical specifications.

✦   Assists Transition Manager in onboarding new engagements.

✦   Provides administrative support including status reports and client-facing documentation/presentations.

✦   Meets with stakeholders to confirm requirements aligned to business objectives and understand current and future state processes.

✦   Works in managed services environment supporting Salesforce applications.

✦   Responsible for fixes and enhancements to achieve customer business requirements.

✦   Monitors systems for performance issues and performs root cause analysis of production and non-production systems.

✦   Works in pods or client-aligned teams to deliver for multiple clients.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

✦   Minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce development or support.

✦   Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer certification preferred.

✦   Experience with Salesforce flows, Lightning components, Apex, SOQL, ETL tools, REST and SOAP web services.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and data development.

✦   Experience in manual and regression testing.

✦   Understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to prepare technical and functional specifications.
