Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services.
✦ Analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support.
✦ Collaborate with teams to help clients implement and operate new capabilities and achieve operational efficiencies.
✦ Manage and maintain application ecosystems and Salesforce solutions.
✦ Support and continuously transform solutions in areas such as sales, service, marketing, and CRM.
✦ Build meaningful client relationships and manage client expectations.
✦ Participate in process redesign efforts and system implementation.
✦ Manage development lifecycle and deliver enhancements on time.
✦ Provide in-depth knowledge of Salesforce applications and evaluate customer processes.
✦ Assess the impact of Salesforce seasonal releases.
✦ Document business requirements and expected outcomes.
✦ Provide fixes and enhancements to meet business requirements.
✦ Provide automation solutions to optimize support efforts.
✦ Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing.
✦ Work with DevOps processes and tools.
✦ Deliver against engagement SLAs and KPIs.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s Degree.
✦ Minimum of 3 years of experience.
✦ Salesforce.com certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, Certified Business Analyst, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant (preferred).
✦ Strong communication skills and ability to handle client relationships.
✦ Experience in Salesforce support/managed services environment.
✦ Knowledge of Salesforce flows, Lightning components, APEX, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST and SOAP web services.
✦ Experience with Agile methodologies and development lifecycle.
✦ Understanding of DevOps processes and ITIL.
✦ Ability to analyze business and technical problems and design solutions.
✦ Strong team management skills.
