AES Salesforce Technical Lead/Manager – Operate
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Train junior team members to develop skills in specific Salesforce domains.

✦   Analyze and customize Salesforce seasonal release notes for engagements and present to clients.

✦   Serve as a SME for resolving complex production support issues and enhancements.

✦   Develop expertise in specific application functions and capabilities.

✦   Identify opportunities for enhancing or deploying new functionality based on ticket data trends or changes in client requirements.

✦   Lead testing automation efforts.

✦   Conduct ticket procedure and status calls with clients.

✦   Lead design, development, and deployment of enhancements.

✦   Identify automations and design solutions to improve service delivery.

✦   Manage a support ticketing queue with multiple open items.

✦   Liaise with internal engagement leaders, reporting wins, risks, and concerns.

✦   Coach and mentor staff for success.

✦   Support engagement management activities including financial management.

✦   Own and foster client relationships.

✦   Lead resource planning for managed engagements.

✦   Conduct fit and gap analysis and create functional requirements documents.

✦   Guide teams through development lifecycle, testing, and deployment.

✦   Develop and provide guidance on Salesforce and managed services benchmarks.

✦   Deliver and track issue resolution against SLAs and KPIs.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

✦   Minimum of 5 years of experience.

✦   Salesforce certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, Certified Business Analyst, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant.

✦   Additional certifications such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, App Builder, AI Associate preferred.

✦   Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.

✦   Strong technical expertise in Salesforce including Apex, Lightning, and LWC.

✦   Experience with Sales, Service, and Custom Cloud implementations.

✦   Experience in web services, REST APIs, and integration patterns.

✦   Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco.

✦   Ability to define data migration strategies and handle data management.

✦   Experience working with SLDS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

✦   Experience with emerging Salesforce products such as B2B Commerce, Tableau CRM, and Slack.

✦   Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

✦   Experience managing multiple projects using Agile methodology.

✦   Ability to provide solution architecture, design trade-offs, and technical leadership.
