Job Responsibilities:

✦   Architect scalable, enterprise-grade Agentforce solutions.

✦   Design intelligent agents leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.

✦   Define reusable patterns for agent skills, guardrails, and multi-agent collaboration.

✦   Lead integrations across Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and external systems.

✦   Establish RAG, knowledge grounding, and document ingestion architectures.

✦   Drive performance optimization, monitoring, and telemetry frameworks.

✦   Lead end-to-end lifecycle of Agentforce implementations.

✦   Drive agent design, prompt strategies, and skill orchestration.

✦   Build reusable accelerators and deployment frameworks.

✦   Partner with Product and COE teams on pilots and innovation programs.

✦   Manage and mentor a team of engineers and architects.

✦   Drive hiring, onboarding, and capability development.

✦   Conduct performance reviews and career coaching.

✦   Build high-performing teams aligned to delivery programs.

✦   Own end-to-end delivery for Agentforce initiatives.

✦   Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Customer Success teams.

✦   Manage risks, dependencies, and execution roadmaps.

✦   Support solutioning, estimations, and planning.

✦   Define AI governance and guardrail frameworks.

✦   Establish DevOps, CI/CD, and release standards.

✦   Ensure compliance with Responsible AI and data security policies.

Job Requirements:

✦   12+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.

✦   4+ years leading engineering or architecture teams.

✦   Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture.

✦   Hands-on experience with Agentforce, conversational AI, or intelligent agents.

✦   Experience integrating LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications.

✦   Strong knowledge of integration architectures and APIs.

✦   Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.

✦   Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System/CTA track) preferred.

✦   Experience with Data Cloud and RAG architectures preferred.

✦   Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI orchestration frameworks preferred.

✦   Experience in regulated industries preferred.

✦   Exposure to multi-agent deployments and autonomous workflows preferred.

✦   Technical skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio, Agentforce Agent Studio & Skills, Data Cloud & Vector Search, MuleSoft or integration platforms, prompt engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD.
