Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and build AI-driven solutions on Salesforce Customer 360 to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.

✦   Implement predictive analytics and automation using Salesforce Einstein (Prediction Builder, Recommendation Builder, Einstein Discovery).

✦   Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations to support AI-powered use cases.

✦   Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to unify, analyze, and activate customer data for AI models.

✦   Build intelligent workflows using Flow, orchestration, and event-driven architectures.

✦   Integrate AI services via APIs to extend platform capabilities.

✦   Translate business requirements into AI-enabled technical solutions and customer journeys.

✦   Ensure responsible AI practices including data quality, governance, and compliance.

✦   Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive AI adoption.

✦   Optimize performance and scalability of AI-driven features within Salesforce ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–6 years of Salesforce development experience with focus on AI-enabled solutions.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein components including Prediction Builder, Next Best Action, and Einstein Analytics.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and customer data modeling.

✦   Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and real-time data processing.

✦   Familiarity with machine learning concepts such as classification, regression, and recommendation systems.

✦   Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, and Marketing.

✦   Preferred certifications include AI Specialist, Platform Developer I/II, and Data Cloud Consultant.

✦   Knowledge of Python, ML pipelines, and DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins is a plus.
