Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure and administer the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, ensuring efficient workflow and data management. Utilize the Eclipse/Force.com IDE and the Data Loader Tool to manage and maintain Salesforce data.

✦   Develop Apex code and create Visual Force pages to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality, meeting business needs and requirements.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization, and providing a unified user experience.

✦   Perform routine maintenance and optimization tasks to ensure the Salesforce platform runs smoothly and efficiently, identifying and resolving issues as needed.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s Degree.

✦   Exposure to configuring and administering the Salesforce platform using Eclipse/Force.com IDE and Data Loader Tool.

✦   Experience working with Apex code to customize Salesforce functionality.

✦   Exposure to creating Visual Force pages.

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Solid understanding of CRM principles and Salesforce environment.

✦   Preferred: Knowledge of CRM integration with enterprise applications.

✦   Preferred: Experience with advanced Apex concepts such as triggers, classes, and interfaces.

✦   Preferred: Exposure to Salesforce optimization including data management, workflow automation, and UI customization.
