Job Responsibilities:
✦ Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application support.
✦ Collaborate with multiple teams and manage support activities effectively.
✦ Take ownership of team decisions and drive resolution strategies.
✦ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems.
✦ Monitor application performance and proactively address risks.
✦ Contribute to key technical and operational decisions.
✦ Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
✦ Ensure high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
✦ Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
✦ Solid understanding of web development principles & best practices.
✦ Proven experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues.
✦ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
✦ Experience with Java (good to have).
✦ Exposure to enterprise-level application support environments (good to have).
✦ Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce LWC.
✦ 15 years of full-time education required.
