Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

✦   Own Salesforce architecture, design decisions, and solution blueprint.

✦   Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and enforce best practices.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

✦   Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Design architecture, data models, integrations, and process flows.

✦   Identify automation and optimization opportunities within Salesforce.

✦   Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Process Automation, Security Model, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts.

✦   Implement and manage custom objects, fields, integrations, and enhancements.

✦   Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.

✦   Ensure code quality, version control, and adherence to standards.

✦   Support unit testing, system testing, and UAT activities.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues and provide resolutions.

✦   Maintain technical documentation including design documents and release notes.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of total experience.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and development.

✦   Expertise in CPQ, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL skills.

✦   Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data management.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.

✦   Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
