Job Responsibilities:

✦   Understand and work with Salesforce platform components including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Apply point-and-click tools such as Flow for automation, Reports and Dashboards.

✦   Work with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with external systems.

✦   Support Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.

✦   Understand Salesforce release cycle and change management processes including sandboxes and change sets.

✦   Drive technical implementation of solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, and process automation.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

✦   Contribute to technical documentation and solution planning.

✦   Support integrations using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party tools.

✦   Work with teams on estimates, technical planning, and dependencies.

✦   Participate in troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements:

✦   At least 1 year of experience with Conga CPQ required.

✦   1–2 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, and Process Automation.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integration tools and third-party platforms.

✦   Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Familiarity with Git and development workflows.

✦   Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and environments.

✦   Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
