Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead Salesforce development projects from conceptualization to implementation.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.

✦   Document and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

✦   Create and update documentation related to system configurations and customizations.

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

✦   Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions.

✦   Perform data analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.

✦   Identify data migration needs and collaborate with data migration specialists.

✦   Develop and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards.

✦   Collaborate with QA teams to perform system testing and user acceptance testing.

✦   Provide training to end-users on new features and functionalities.

✦   Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

✦   Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.

✦   Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and optimize data visibility.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CPQ system effectively supports sales operations and drives business growth.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

✦   4+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst role.

✦   Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications required.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

✦   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

✦   Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, accurately, and tactfully.

✦   Solid presentation and facilitation skills.

✦   Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent follow-through.

✦   In-depth knowledge of CPQ software platform.

✦   Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel knowledge.
