Job Responsibilities:

✦   Facilitate enhancements and usage of Salesforce applications globally.

✦   Analyze business requirements and propose scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Gather, prioritize, and document requirements with stakeholders.

✦   Develop functional specifications, solution design documents, and test cases.

✦   Perform system configuration and support Salesforce Service Cloud features.

✦   Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide resolution.

✦   Participate in releases, upgrades, QA testing, and deployment activities.

✦   Drive Salesforce adoption through training, documentation, and support.

✦   Monitor system usage, generate reports, and build dashboards.

✦   Collaborate with BI, IT teams, and external vendors.

✦   Maintain data quality, governance, and standardization.

✦   Act as a senior resource for user support and system enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   7-12 years of experience with minimum 5+ years in Salesforce.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Business Systems, or related field.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning UI.

✦   Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Data Loader.

✦   Strong skills in requirement gathering, test case creation, and documentation.

✦   Experience in data analysis and tools like Excel.

✦   Proficiency in MS Office tools.

✦   Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, REST APIs, JSON, and SAML is preferred.

✦   Experience with tools such as DemandTools, marketing tools, CLM tools, integration tools, and Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
