Job Responsibilities:

✦   Facilitate enhancements and usage of Salesforce applications globally.

✦   Analyze business requirements and propose scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Work with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document requirements.

✦   Develop functional specifications, solution design documents, and test cases.

✦   Perform system configuration and support Salesforce Service Cloud features.

✦   Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide resolution.

✦   Participate in releases, upgrades, QA testing, and deployment activities.

✦   Drive Salesforce adoption through training, documentation, and support.

✦   Monitor system usage, generate reports, and build dashboards.

✦   Collaborate with BI, IT teams, and external vendors.

✦   Maintain data quality, governance, and standardization.

✦   Act as a senior resource for user support and system enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   Any Graduate.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Business Systems, or related field.

✦   5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI.

✦   Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Data Loader.

✦   Strong skills in business requirement gathering, test case creation, and documentation.

✦   Data analysis and structuring skills using Excel or database tools.

✦   Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

✦   Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, REST APIs, JSON, and SAML preferred.

✦   Experience with DemandTools, marketing tools (Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo), CLM tools, and integration tools preferred.

✦   Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite and O365 tools.
