Job Responsibilities:

✦   Independently design, build, and deliver medium/high complexity stories.

✦   Use standard estimation methods for user stories.

✦   Own medium-complex modules; perform PoCs, grooming, present design options to TLs.

✦   Drive technical grooming; participate in solutioning and PoCs with option analysis.

✦   Engage juniors to follow best practices; perform code reviews and fixes with minimal oversight.

✦   Coordinate with onshore/client teams; ensure juniors understand requirements; build client rapport.

✦   Define release management strategy, pipeline management, repository integration with DevOps.

✦   Drive meeting agendas; support weekly status reports.

✦   Elevate industry knowledge; leverage Delivery Excellence/automation/Smartstarts.

✦   Configure and extend Agentforce/GenAI components; perform PoCs for GenAI-powered features.

✦   Mentor analysts on technical tasks; support technical solutioning and PoCs.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 – 6 years of hands-on experience of consulting or industry experience.

✦   A minimum of 1 year of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst.

✦   Post Graduate (MBA + B.E./BTech.).

✦   Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and translate requirements into functional user stories.

✦   Very good communication and presentation skills.

✦   Very good Salesforce administration skills.

✦   Experience in implementing one of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience).

✦   Experience in implementing Salesforce Industries solutions.

✦   Expertise in writing user stories.

✦   Familiarity with Agile project methodologies for full lifecycle implementations.

✦   Experience in building RFP/RFI for SFDC implementation opportunities and pre-sales collateral.

✦   Experience in functional testing of SFDC implementations.

✦   Expertise on MS Office suite.

✦   Experience with integration and configuration.

✦   Experience to provide Salesforce designs using configuration or customization.
