Job Responsibilities:
✦ Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.
✦ Take responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards.
✦ Develop solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization features.
✦ Proactively identify workstream risks and issues; resolve them or escalate to engagement/account leadership.
✦ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function.
✦ Build knowledge in a sector by contributing to firm initiatives and attending sector conferences.
✦ Apply awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations.
✦ Understand the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes.
Job Requirements:
✦ Prior experience in Salesforce is mandatory.
✦ Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demos, and conducting design and development workshops.
✦ Good understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodology.
✦ Experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
✦ Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is a plus.
✦ Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and system design.
✦ Experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams.
✦ Strong project discipline; organized and focused on deliverables.
✦ Awareness of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.
✦ Ability to develop project documents such as requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
✦ Experience handling teams and responsible for client deliverables.
✦ 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a consulting-oriented environment.
✦ At least 1-2 end-to-end SFDC implementation experience.
✦ Graduate degree in Science or Engineering.
