Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
✦ Configure and implement Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Entitlements, and SLAs.
✦ Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
✦ Integrate Service Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or AppExchange solutions.
✦ Create and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows for automation.
✦ Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
✦ Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
✦ Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
✦ Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Service Cloud applications.
✦ Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend new features.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
✦ 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.
✦ Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
✦ Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
✦ Understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features.
