Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop large and complex web application architectures composed of components and standards governing data representation, integration, and usage.
✦ Create project plans by engaging multidisciplinary teams and managing risks.
✦ Develop relationships across the business to understand data requirements and apply technical knowledge to solve business problems.
✦ Oversee engineering and delivery of Enterprise Transactional Communications platform using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
✦ Lead integration efforts between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe tools.
✦ Architect and implement personalized omnichannel customer journeys.
✦ Manage Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder configurations.
✦ Ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and monitoring.
✦ Mentor cross-functional engineering teams and foster agile delivery practices.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and report progress.
✦ Deliver software releases and manage project scope, timelines, and resources.
✦ Monitor service delivery metrics and lead quality initiatives.
✦ Manage budgets and ensure compliance with IT and security policies.
✦ Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
✦ Lead cross-functional teams and communicate project progress effectively.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
✦ 3+ years as Tech Manager.
✦ Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
✦ Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and omnichannel personalization journey.
✦ Strong knowledge of SFMC modules such as Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
✦ Experience integrating SFMC with Adobe Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.
✦ Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Glue, and API Gateway.
✦ Familiarity with data integration using file-based and API-based data flows.
✦ Experience with DevOps, CI or CD, deployment pipelines, and release management.
✦ Experience in Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
✦ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
✦ Certifications in SFMC, Adobe Experience Platform, or AWS (preferred).
