Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build and manage complex data transformations using Recipe building in Tableau CRM.

✦   Develop and maintain Data Flows for analytics solutions.

✦   Use SAQL for data querying and advanced analytics.

✦   Work with Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service Cloud) data for reporting and insights.

✦   Apply Einstein Discovery and predictive modelling where applicable.

✦   Design SQL-based query logic for dashboards and deep-dive analytics.

✦   Perform data mining, segmentation, and database modeling.

✦   Automate data analysis processes and generate actionable insights.

✦   Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and identify data-driven opportunities.

✦   Develop standards for quality control validation, anomaly detection, and alert systems.

✦   Present findings and reports to stakeholders effectively.

✦   Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics outputs.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand business requirements.

✦   Communicate project requirements, timelines, dependencies, and priorities clearly.

Job Requirements:

✦   1 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce Analytics (TCRM).

✦   Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Tableau CRM.

✦   Strong experience in Recipe building and Data Flow development.

✦   Good knowledge of SAQL and SQL.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of Einstein Discovery and predictive modelling is preferred.

✦   Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and data mining techniques.

✦   Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is preferred.

✦   Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.

✦   Ability to work independently and across multiple teams.

✦   Preferred educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, or Statistics.
