Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.

✦   Customize Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and process automation tools.

✦   Develop and maintain Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, Scheduled Jobs, and REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Build and optimize Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Auto-Launched).

✦   Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and UI components.

✦   Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

✦   Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.

✦   Support integrations with third-party and internal systems.

✦   Work in Agile/Scrum teams.

✦   Provide support during UAT, deployment, and post-production phases.

✦   Monitor production issues and ensure system stability and performance.

Job Requirements:

✦   3–5+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Expertise in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL & SOSL.

✦   Strong experience with Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, Salesforce Data Model & Security Model.

✦   Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

✦   Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

✦   Strong knowledge of deployment practices and release management.

✦   Ability to write clean, reusable code and implement best practices.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Experience with Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, JavaScript frameworks, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices (good to have).

✦   Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce App Builder Certification.
