Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop, configure, and maintain SFMC journeys, automations, and personalized campaign assets
✦ Build advanced segmentation, data extensions, and SQL-driven processes for efficient audience targeting
✦ Implement AMPScript and server-side scripting for dynamic content and enhanced campaign functionality
✦ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SFMC components
✦ Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver reliable solutions
✦ Support API integrations to enable data sync, event triggers, and real-time personalization
✦ Own end-to-end data flows into SFMC including CRM and other platform integrations, ensuring data accuracy, deliverability, governance, and platform best practices
✦ Document processes, deployments, and technical specifications for ongoing operations
✦ Partner with external vendors to divide responsibilities and drive results
✦ Provide support for reporting and data analysis
Job Requirements:
✦ 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
✦ Proficiency with SFMC components such as Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions
✦ Experience writing SQL queries and AMPScript for personalization and automation
✦ Familiarity with API integrations between SFMC and external systems
✦ Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer are a plus
✦ Experience partnering with marketing teams or supporting marketing operations preferred
✦ Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
✦ Goal-oriented, proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage tight deadlines
✦ Bachelor’s degree preferred
