Job Responsibilities:

✦   Understanding Field Service business Workforce Management, Asset Service Management, Warranty & Service Contract Management, and FSL Mobile App.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce and FSL configuration & customization.

✦   SFDC development experience on both Classic (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL) and Lightning (Aura & LWC).

✦   Experience in Flows, Process Builder, and Trigger development.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 4 years of experience in FSL configuration and development.

✦   Strong understanding of Field Service Lightning module.

✦   Experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Aura, and LWC.

✦   Should be certified on Salesforce with at least Salesforce Admin.

✦   Good functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce products (FSL, Service Cloud).
