Job Responsibilities:
✦ Define and execute the vision for the professional services and CRM advisory team aligned with organizational goals.
✦ Lead and build outcome-driven advisory and architecture teams to drive Salesforce solution adoption.
✦ Own customer outcomes using an agentic approach and deliver value through human and digital workforce collaboration.
✦ Provide advisory services and strategic guidance alongside delivery teams.
✦ Drive organizational scalability, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction.
✦ Establish delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
✦ Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, and business leaders.
✦ Provide strategic guidance on CRM adoption, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture.
✦ Lead executive briefings and solution reviews with client leadership and technical teams.
✦ Influence client roadmaps and long-term strategic direction through technical and business insight.
✦ Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams to ensure architectural integrity.
✦ Oversee delivery of large-scale enterprise CRM programs across multiple industries.
✦ Ensure project timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
✦ Manage risks, escalations, and change control processes.
✦ Support business development through RFPs, proposals, and client pitches.
Job Requirements:
✦ 15+ years of professional services, consulting, or technology leadership experience.
✦ Proven success delivering Salesforce CRM solutions.
✦ Experience advising or working directly with CTOs, CIOs, and senior stakeholders.
✦ Strong background in enterprise architecture, solution design, and systems integration.
✦ Excellent executive communication and client-facing skills.
✦ Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
✦ Preferred: Salesforce CTA or Technical Architect certifications.
✦ Preferred: Experience in Salesforce Industries.
✦ Experience in digital transformation consulting and large-scale enterprise programs.
✦ MBA or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
