Job Responsibilities:

✦   Actively contribute to technical planning and requirements gathering, ensuring smooth project execution through designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting software applications.

✦   Uphold and implement industry best practices throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables.

✦   Build and maintain robust applications leveraging programmatic components such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Web Services.

✦   Collaborate effectively with team members of varying skill levels, demonstrating adaptability and mentorship where needed.

Job Requirements:

✦   A passionate Salesforce developer with 2+ years of hands-on application development experience.

✦   Proven ability to excel in a multi-team Salesforce environment, collaborating across functions.

✦   Strong understanding of core Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flows, Data Model, Security Model, and SSO (Single Sign-On).

✦   Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in LWC, Apex, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related technologies.

✦   Experience designing and delivering external-facing applications using Experience Cloud.

✦   Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce SDLC processes, including experience with Git-based source control and deployment tools like Copado or Git Actions.

✦   Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze disparate data (e.g., log files, error messages) to identify root causes.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring a flexible and collaborative development approach.

✦   A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and driving results.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

✦   Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, such as Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or Architect-level certifications.

✦   Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams to solve complex problems.
