Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead discovery and solution design for Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) and Experience Cloud implementations.

✦   Architect and deliver partner-facing experiences including onboarding, enablement, deal registration, pipeline visibility, lead and opportunity collaboration, self-quoting, and incentive programs.

✦   Design customer self-service portals, employee experiences, learning portals, and content hubs using Experience Cloud.

✦   Translate business requirements into end-to-end functional and technical architectures.

✦   Make architectural decisions including LWR vs Aura strategy, component composition, theming patterns, and DevOps tooling.

✦   Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and configure Salesforce solutions.

✦   Define identity, access, and security models including SSO and authentication for external users.

✦   Ensure accessibility, SEO, and performance standards are met.

✦   Guide domain setup, DNS configuration, and production go-live readiness.

✦   Design integrations with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).

✦   Support pre-sales activities including estimation, solution shaping, and technical guidance.

✦   Provide architectural leadership through build, review, and release phases.

Job Requirements:

✦   Deep experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud across multiple use cases.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce configuration.

✦   Ability to design functional and technical architectures.

✦   Experience making architectural tradeoffs (LWR vs Aura, tooling, component architecture).

✦   Knowledge of Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) including onboarding, deal registration, pipeline visibility, quoting, and co-selling.

✦   Experience designing self-service customer and partner solutions.

✦   Strong understanding of modern web development principles.

✦   Expertise in accessibility and SEO best practices.

✦   Knowledge of identity management and single sign-on (SSO).

✦   Understanding of domain setup and networking for web applications.

✦   Familiarity with LMS and CMS platforms.

✦   Client-facing experience in discovery, design, and architecture discussions.

✦   Experience supporting pre-sales and end-to-end delivery.

✦   Ability to balance hands-on development with architectural leadership.
