Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead architecture, design, and end-to-end technical delivery on Salesforce Platform.

✦   Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events.

✦   Implement and optimize Experience Cloud portals (customer/partner communities).

✦   Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).

✦   Enable AI capabilities (Einstein, GPT) within business workflows and Experience Cloud.

✦   Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and CI/CD best practices.

✦   Guide developers, conduct reviews, and ensure high-quality sprint delivery.

Job Requirements:

✦   6–10+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, security model, and data architecture.

✦   Hands-on Experience Cloud implementation (mandatory).

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce AI (Einstein, GPT) preferred.

✦   Solid integration experience (APIs, middleware, authentication patterns).

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Platform Developer I/II certification.

✦   Experience Cloud Consultant certification.

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification.

✦   Application or System Architect certification (preferred).

✦   AI Associate certification (bonus).
