Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage and execute Salesforce release cycles, sandbox strategy, and deployment workflows.

✦   Build, configure, and optimize Gearset CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and validations.

✦   Maintain Git branching strategy, version control hygiene, and merge processes.

✦   Perform pre-deployment impact analysis, resolve metadata conflicts, and ensure deployment quality.

✦   Monitor pipeline performance, automate regression checks, and ensure compliant release practices.

✦   Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to ensure smooth, error-free releases.

Job Requirements:

✦   3–7 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps / Release Engineering.

✦   Hands-on expertise with Gearset, Git (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket), and metadata deployments.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and environment architecture.

✦   Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, automation, and DevOps best practices.

✦   Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

✦   Experience with Copado, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools (bonus).

✦   Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder certifications (added advantage).
