Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. Design scalable and high-performance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Framework. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Optimize system performance and ensure platform governance. Participate in architecture discussions and solution design reviews. Handle deployments using CI/CD tools and manage release cycles. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   7–10 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce. Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience with Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Future methods). Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC). Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL. Experience with minimum 2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
