Job Responsibilities:

✦   Eliciting requirements from clients/BA to determine CRM needs.

✦   Developing quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Designing, coding, and implementing applications on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Adhering to timelines and development goals using project-specific development methodology.

✦   Unit testing the stability and functionality of the application.

✦   Troubleshooting and fixing bugs raised by QA/client teams across SDLC phases.

✦   Documentation and providing technical training/knowledge transfer for Salesforce staff.

✦   Ensuring non-functional requirements such as security and integrity of the Salesforce application are met.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce configuration tools, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   At least one end-to-end Salesforce project development experience.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer and App Builder certifications are preferred.

✦   Good written and oral communication skills.

✦   Ability to work within defined timelines and agile development methodology.

✦   Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
