Job Responsibilities:
✦ Define and execute test strategies for Salesforce features and releases.
✦ Design comprehensive test plans covering Salesforce CRM foundations including roles, permissions, currencies, and provisioning.
✦ Design and execute manual and automated test cases covering functional, edge cases, performance, and regression testing.
✦ Validate integrations with external systems including Azure, MuleSoft, and SAP BRIM.
✦ Perform regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
✦ Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
✦ Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure Salesforce feature quality and stability.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3+ years of QA or testing experience on Salesforce platforms.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM processes.
✦ Experience testing Salesforce configurations, Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
✦ Knowledge of API testing using REST and tools like Postman.
✦ Experience with integration testing using MuleSoft, Azure, or SAP systems.
✦ Familiarity with QA tools like Jira and Git.
✦ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
✦ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✦ Exposure to automation tools like Selenium or Copado is a plus.
