Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define and execute test strategies for Salesforce features and releases.

✦   Define and implement comprehensive test plans for complex Salesforce features covering the full lifecycle.

✦   Design and execute manual and automated test cases covering functional logic, edge cases, and performance constraints.

✦   Validate integrations with external systems including Azure, MuleSoft, and SAP BRIM.

✦   Perform regression, integration, and UAT support testing.

✦   Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.

✦   Collaborate with developers to drive fixes and contribute to root cause analysis.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of experience in QA or testing roles specifically on Salesforce platforms.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce functional processes and data model.

✦   Experience testing Salesforce configurations, Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Knowledge of API and integration testing (REST/events) and tools like Postman.

✦   Experience validating integrations with platforms such as Azure, MuleSoft, and SAP BRIM.

✦   Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira) and version control (e.g., Git).

✦   Experience with automation frameworks such as Copado Testing or Selenium is a plus.

✦   Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and exposure to Media Cloud or CLM is a plus.

✦   Experience working in Agile or product teams.

✦   Strong communication and analytical skills.
