Job Responsibilities:
✦ Provide L2 support for Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Handle configuration, customization, administration, and setup activities on the Salesforce platform.
✦ Perform data migration and deployment activities to the Force.com platform.
✦ Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Flow automation.
✦ Support integration activities using REST and SOAP APIs.
✦ Work on issue troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support tasks.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth application performance and support operations.
✦ Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Job Requirements:
✦ 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
✦ Experience in Apex development including triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.
✦ Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
✦ Knowledge of data migration and deployment processes in Salesforce.
✦ Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
✦ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
