Job Responsibilities:

✦   Administer Salesforce configurations by creating objects, custom fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Develop and enhance functionalities using Apex triggers, Apex controllers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Visualforce pages.

✦   Create custom labels, list views, and prepare test scripts.

✦   Develop and maintain validation rules and handle code deployments in lower environments.

✦   Create user stories and work in Agile development environments.

✦   Work on Salesforce configuration and customization tasks including sharing rules, approval processes, and change sets.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–6 years of experience in Salesforce development or support.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex and SQL.

✦   Hands-on experience with Visualforce pages.

✦   Knowledge of workflow rules, validation rules, approval rules, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Understanding of Agile methodologies.

✦   Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.

✦   ITIL certification preferred.
