Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions aligned with business and patient engagement goals.
✦ Create and optimize Data Cloud models, queries, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation processes.
✦ Develop APIs, automation scripts, and custom components to extend platform capabilities and integrate enterprise systems.
✦ Define and enforce architecture governance standards and act as a key technical escalation point for solution design.
✦ Build and automate omni-channel journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
✦ Develop reusable templates, workflows, and automations to improve operational efficiency across markets.
✦ Embed data privacy and compliance standards including GDPR and CCPA into solution design and execution.
✦ Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
✦ Resolve complex technical issues across integrations, data processing, and campaign execution with root-cause fixes.
✦ Drive platform adoption of new Salesforce features through proofs of concept and innovation initiatives.
✦ Maintain detailed documentation for solutions, integrations, and workflows.
✦ Provide training and enablement to marketing and technical teams.
Job Requirements:
✦ 10+ years of overall development experience with at least 8+ years in marketing technology focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
✦ Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud including data modeling, ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
✦ Strong hands-on experience with SFMC tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
✦ Strong programming skills in AMPscript, SQL, JavaScript, and Apex.
✦ Experience in API development (REST/SOAP) and system integrations.
✦ Experience integrating SFMC/Data Cloud with CRM and external platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Google Cloud.
✦ Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
✦ Experience in building reusable frameworks, templates, and automation workflows at scale.
✦ Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex platform and integration issues.
✦ Experience leading technical teams and conducting design reviews in multi-stakeholder environments.
