Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.

✦   Collaborate with product managers and program teams to deliver customized solutions.

✦   Engage in planning and analyzing requirements for system enhancements and translate them into well-architected solutions.

✦   Design scalable and efficient solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards.

✦   Support system integrations across Salesforce ecosystem, backend services, and AWS technologies.

✦   Stay updated on Salesforce features and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

✦   Work on tickets to complete ad-hoc requests.

Job Requirements:

✦   5 to 7 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Service Cloud, and Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Experience in system integration and AWS.

✦   Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.

✦   Knowledge of Sales Cloud (good to have).

✦   Strong collaboration skills with product managers and program teams.

✦   Understanding of best practices and industry standards in Salesforce architecture.
