Job Requirements:

✦   Overall IT Experience: 5–8 years.

✦   Salesforce Experience: 3–4 years (mandatory).

✦   Salesforce Data Cloud Experience: 1–2 years (hands-on mandatory).

✦   Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (1–2 years minimum).

✦   Experience in at least 2 Salesforce Data Cloud implementation projects (design and development).

✦   Strong understanding of Data Cloud objects and data models.

✦   Knowledge of Identity Resolution (IR), Data Streams, DLO, DMO, and data mapping.

✦   Experience with Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud Query Language (DQL).

✦   Experience with data pipelines and SQL.

✦   Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).

✦   Experience with ETL tools and data integration patterns.

✦   Expertise in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

✦   Experience in data ingestion via Data Streams.

✦   Identity Resolution rule configuration and optimization experience.

✦   Strong troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills in Salesforce Data Cloud.

✦   Ability to work with cross-functional teams and define data strategies.

✦   Excellent communication skills for coordination with onsite US teams.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem tools including Lightning, Apex, and Omnistudio.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.

✦   Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Einstein AI, Salesforce Analytics, and FSL is a plus.

✦   Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and external model integration is a plus.

✦   Understanding of data governance and data quality standards.
