Job Responsibilities:

✦   Serve as the senior subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, governance, and best practices.

✦   Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of Salesforce processes.

✦   Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and governance oversight across teams.

✦   Own and manage end-to-end release management processes across Salesforce environments.

✦   Architect and optimize Copado CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

✦   Oversee configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Copado pipelines and deployments.

✦   Execute complex metadata and code deployments across environments.

✦   Implement automated testing, static code analysis, and compliance frameworks.

✦   Establish GitLab branching standards aligned with enterprise DevOps practices.

✦   Act as liaison between engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and leadership.

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

✦   Oversee platform operations including user access, profiles, permission sets, and licensing.

✦   Architect advanced Salesforce solutions using Flows, layouts, record types, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.

✦   Lead design and optimization of data models, automation, integrations, and scalable processes.

✦   Ensure seamless integrations across Salesforce and external systems.

✦   Validate and approve system changes prior to deployment.

✦   Lead Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

✦   Drive improvements in automation, data quality, release processes, and system performance.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field.

✦   7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with Sales and Service Cloud exposure.

✦   Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

✦   Salesforce development background including Apex, SOQL, and LWC basics is a plus.

✦   Extensive experience in DevOps and release management with GitLab and Copado.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools.

✦   Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

✦   Experience mentoring teams and leading initiatives.

✦   Strong understanding of business processes and scalable solution design.
