Job Responsibilities:
✦ Advise clients on cloud computing systems and service-based technologies.
✦ Review, plan, and provide assistance in end-to-end customer relationship management.
✦ Support creation, review, and advising on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment.
✦ Plan, develop, and implement work processes and methodologies to support deployment.
✦ Design and implement Salesforce solutions using structured development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, JAD).
✦ Develop and maintain Salesforce applications including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
✦ Build and support real-time and batch integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP and Bulk APIs.
✦ Work on Salesforce administration, development, system integrations, and bug fixes.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective customer relationship management solutions.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science.
✦ 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
✦ Experience in designing Salesforce solutions using formal development methodologies.
✦ Strong expertise in Apex programming, Web Services, Flows, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Aura framework.
✦ Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
✦ Experience in designing and developing complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
✦ Understanding of Salesforce object model, governor limits, and best practices.
✦ Experience with system integrations using tools like MuleSoft or other ESB tools.
✦ Understanding of SQL and object-oriented design principles.
