Job Responsibilities:

✦   Advise clients on cloud computing systems and service-based technologies.

✦   Review, plan, and assist clients in end-to-end customer relationship management.

✦   Advise clients on Salesforce capabilities.

✦   Create, review, and advise on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation.

✦   Plan, develop, and implement processes and methodologies to support deployment.

✦   Design and implement Salesforce solutions using formal development methodologies.

✦   Develop and manage integrations with Salesforce and third-party systems.

✦   Work on real-time and batch integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

✦   Minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience with solution design using formal methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

✦   Experience with MuleSoft and Lightning Design System.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce development, administration, integrations, and bug fixing.

✦   Expertise in Apex, Web Services, Flows, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and Aura.

✦   Expert knowledge of REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce object model, governor limits, and best practices.

✦   Experience with SQL queries and object-oriented programming concepts.

✦   Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PD1, and Application Architect certifications required.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Additional certifications such as PD2, Community Cloud, or Data Cloud are preferred.
