Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze business requirements and define appropriate design with respect to data modelling.

✦   Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform.

✦   Design and develop high-performance, reusable Lightning components.

✦   Guide the team on writing test classes and ensure more than 90% code coverage.

✦   Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.

✦   Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.

✦   Guide and implement testing automation, bug fixing, and deployment to production.

✦   Suggest better solutions to problems and stay updated with emerging technologies.

✦   Work on CTI integration and contact center implementations.

✦   Collaborate with developers on different layers of infrastructure and integration.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of core Salesforce development experience.

✦   2+ years of Omni Channel experience in Lightning Components.

✦   4+ years of development experience in Visualforce, Apex, and Process Flows.

✦   Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and integrations.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Omni Channel and administration.

✦   Experience designing custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards.

✦   Experience integrating external applications with Salesforce.

✦   Experience in enterprise application development and customer-facing interfaces.

✦   Knowledge of CTI and OpenCTI integration is a plus.

✦   Experience with Angular or React integration is a plus.

✦   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

✦   Experience with Agile methodologies.
