Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, implement, and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines leveraging Azure DevOps and Salesforce DevOps tools such as AutoRABIT.

✦   Own and support end-to-end Salesforce release management, including metadata deployment, validation, rollback strategies, and environment coordination.

✦   Automate Salesforce deployment and governance processes to improve reliability, speed, and compliance.

✦   Support MuleSoft application deployments through Azure DevOps pipelines, including build, deployment, and environment promotion.

✦   Integrate pipelines with Vault or similar secrets management solutions to securely manage credentials and sensitive configuration data.

✦   Collaborate closely with Salesforce and MuleSoft developers, QA, and environment owners to ensure smooth delivery across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

✦   Enforce DevOps best practices, branching strategies, and deployment standards to minimize delivery risk.

✦   Monitor deployment health, troubleshoot pipeline or environment-related issues, and provide timely resolution.

✦   Ensure adherence to security, audit, and organizational compliance requirements.

✦   Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes using industry best practices and emerging tools.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management.

✦   Proven experience using AutoRABIT (or similar Salesforce DevOps tools) for deployment, branching, and governance.

✦   Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment dependencies, and release challenges.

✦   Experience supporting MuleSoft deployments using Azure DevOps pipelines.

✦   Hands-on experience with secrets management tools (e.g., Vault) and secure pipeline integrations.

✦   Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and version control systems (Git).

✦   Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and delivery quality.

✦   Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.

✦   MuleSoft Anypoint Platform exposure (CloudHub, Runtime Manager).

✦   Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.

✦   Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.

✦   Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
