Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce applications including objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.

✦   Work closely with product owners, tech leads, and development teams to deliver digital solutions.

✦   Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.

✦   Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure solution quality and reliability.

✦   Maintain Salesforce instances using SFDX, change sets, and metadata API.

✦   Maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions including system designs.

✦   Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce applications.

✦   Mentor junior developers and support their technical development.

✦   Proactively identify process improvements and implement enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce technologies and software delivery.

✦   Expert knowledge of Salesforce Apex and Lightning Components.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines including Azure DevOps.

✦   Knowledge of SonarQube and Checkmarx for code quality and security scanning.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, triggers, process builders, and validation rules.

✦   Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and optimization.

✦   Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics.

✦   Ability to work with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.

✦   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
