Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.

✦   Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and usability.

✦   Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical direction and fostering collaboration and innovation.

✦   Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security.

✦   Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.

✦   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Strong leadership and team management abilities.

✦   Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.

✦   Open mindset for learning and continuous improvement.

✦   Bonus: Experience in Fintech domain or B2C product environments.
