Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integrations with external systems.

✦   Ensure timely delivery of Salesforce implementations meeting quality standards.

✦   Maintain high code quality through reviews, automated testing, and best practices.

✦   Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce applications.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation and system designs.

✦   Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards.

✦   Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce technical issues.

✦   Develop and execute unit and integration tests.

✦   Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing.

✦   Manage Salesforce environments using SFDX, change sets, and metadata API.

✦   Identify and implement continuous improvements in development and DevOps processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce technologies.

✦   Expertise in Apex and Lightning Components (LWC).

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce customization including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and data models.

✦   Experience with integrations and APIs.

✦   Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories.

✦   Familiarity with SonarQube and Checkmarx for code quality and security scanning.

✦   Knowledge of performance tuning, debugging, and optimization.

✦   Experience working in fast-paced agile environments.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Ability to mentor and guide development teams.

✦   Graduate in any discipline.
