Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level designs into actionable technical stories.

✦   Implement and manage development lifecycle from feature inception to production deployment.

✦   Extend and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud using APEX, LWC, and Visualforce.

✦   Design and develop APIs and orchestration layers using REST, SOAP, and JSON.

✦   Design and maintain automated unit, integration, and functional testing frameworks.

✦   Lead code reviews and maintain documentation for codebase quality.

✦   Participate in agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.

✦   Develop data extraction and integration strategies to generate insights.

✦   Act as a strategic consultant to business teams, translating goals into technical roadmaps.

✦   Lead solution design in ambiguous or evolving project environments.

Job Requirements:

✦   Proven experience managing full development lifecycle using CI/CD tools and Git-based workflows.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON.

✦   Strong experience building automated testing frameworks in Salesforce.

✦   Experience breaking down complex architectural designs into deliverable milestones.

✦   Knowledge of additional development stacks such as Node, Django, or Rails.

✦   Deep expertise in data modeling and ELT processes.

✦   Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking skills.

✦   Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
