Job Responsibilities:

✦   Architect, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions for finance and revenue platforms.

✦   Enhance end-to-end revenue operations including quote-to-cash, billing, payments, and reporting.

✦   Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems such as Oracle, Stripe, Workato, Informatica, and Snowflake.

✦   Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable code aligned with best engineering practices.

✦   Drive automation, monitoring, and system reliability improvements.

✦   Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to engineering teams.

✦   Define and enforce coding standards, design principles, and CI/CD practices.

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Product teams.

✦   Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, risks, and integration challenges.

✦   Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

✦   Explore and implement AI and Salesforce automation capabilities such as Agentforce.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, Apex, Triggers, and Flows.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems like Oracle, Stripe, Workato, Informatica, and Snowflake.

✦   Proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, or Apex.

✦   Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Gearset and GitLab.

✦   Experience in Agile methodologies and enterprise-scale architecture design.

✦   Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Preferred experience in Finance, FinTech, or B2B SaaS environments.
