Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead requirements gathering sessions and document the requirements.

✦   Contribute to developing test plans and drive testing during QA and UAT.

✦   Lead and participate in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.

✦   Participate in planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.

✦   Collaborate across departments to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   More than 8 years of IT experience and 6+ years in Salesforce.

✦   Multi-cloud solutioning experience.

✦   Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms including Service, Sales, Community, and Marketing Cloud.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce technical features and ability to act as a bridge between client and technical teams.

✦   Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds including CPQ/Billing, FSL, FSC, Health, Education, Experience, Marketing and AppExchange products.

✦   Experience in stakeholder management.

✦   Experience in Agile projects.

✦   Strong communication skills.

✦   Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
