Job Responsibilities:
✦ Define a cohesive strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and related systems, including OKRs, governance, and executive alignment.
✦ Architect and deliver complex yet scalable solutions across sales and carrier lifecycle.
✦ Author PRDs/ERDs and align technical delivery with business priorities.
✦ Design end-to-end system workflows and optimize integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
✦ Scale cross-systems and functional processes to streamline customer lifecycle management.
✦ Establish a data strategy to harmonize data and enable AI-driven activation.
✦ Mentor team members and stakeholders through coaching and best practices.
✦ Lead with empathy to improve user experience and data usability.
Job Requirements:
✦ 7+ years in business systems, Salesforce implementation, or product ownership roles.
✦ Proven track record of owning large-scale Salesforce implementations or long-term roadmaps with complex integrations.
✦ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✦ Comfortable working with data (SQL/SOQL) and making data-driven decisions.
✦ Expertise in Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise tools.
✦ Expertise in GTM & support strategy, Salesforce architecture, and cross-system lifecycle management.
✦ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Architect, etc.).
✦ Experience with AI/ML related products.
✦ Data Cloud or similar CDP/Data Activation layer implementation experience.
✦ Familiarity with freight or logistics industry tech stack.
✦ Experience with GCP including BigQuery.
