Job Responsibilities:

✦   Serve as a consultant for Life Sciences CRM projects onsite at enterprise client locations.

✦   Work collaboratively with functional and business process teams.

✦   Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce or Veeva platforms.

✦   Provide hands-on configuration assistance to developers.

✦   Design and manage test plans to ensure quality solution delivery.

✦   Follow and understand new Life Sciences CRM product capabilities resulting from releases and acquisitions.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of CRM industry experience or 3+ years of life sciences industry experience.

✦   Minimum 2 years of Life Sciences CRM experience (Salesforce, Veeva, or OCE).

✦   Experience with declarative software configuration in Life Sciences CRM tools.

✦   Ability to design and optimize business processes across systems.

✦   Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.

✦   Ability to obtain or hold relevant technology certifications.
