Job Responsibilities:

✦   Serve as a consultant for Life Sciences CRM projects at enterprise client locations.

✦   Collaborate with functional and business process teams.

✦   Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce or Veeva solutions.

✦   Provide hands-on configuration assistance to developers.

✦   Design and manage test plans to ensure solution quality.

✦   Follow and understand Life Sciences CRM product updates and capabilities.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of CRM industry experience or equivalent Life Sciences experience.

✦   Minimum 2+ years of Life Sciences CRM experience (Veeva, Salesforce, or OCE).

✦   Experience with declarative configuration in Life Sciences CRM platforms.

✦   Ability to design and optimize business processes across systems.

✦   Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.

✦   Ability to achieve relevant Salesforce or CRM certifications upon hire.
